Start with the information guests actually need
For a wedding, send-off, birthday or family celebration, write the hosts’ names, date, arrival time and venue before choosing a design. If the ceremony and reception are at different places, make that distinction clear.
Include a reply deadline and a useful dress-code note where needed. Keep personal instructions in the appropriate guest message rather than overcrowding the card.
Make it yours in Card Studio
Choose a starting layout, then adjust text, typography, colours, images and shapes. Move and resize elements on the canvas so the card reflects your celebration.
Check contrast and text size on a phone. A decorative title can work well, but the date, time and location should remain easy to read. Preview the final invitation before sending it.
Send a personal link, then follow the replies
Add your guests and their mobile numbers, review the message and send a test before the full invitation campaign. Each guest receives their own invitation link rather than a shared image that loses its context.
Guests can open the card in their browser and respond. You can follow RSVPs and prepare your check-in list from the same event.
Before you send
- Confirm spelling, venue and arrival time with the hosts.
- Check the card and invitation link on a phone.
- Remove duplicate contacts and review the credit estimate.
- Use a test message with consent, then review the report.
- Keep a copy of the confirmed guest list for your event team.
