Start with the invitation’s purpose
A birthday invitation should say whose celebration it is, the date, the venue and when guests should arrive. For an anniversary or another family event, explain the occasion clearly rather than relying only on a photograph.
Decide whether food, activities or a surprise affect the arrival time. Add an RSVP deadline so the host has time to confirm numbers and organise what guests need.
Use a photo without losing the details
Choose a photograph or theme colour in Card Studio, then adjust the text and shapes around it. Keep the main event details on a clear background with enough contrast to read on a small screen.
For a child’s birthday, send invitations to the responsible adults and avoid putting unnecessary personal details on the card. Check which guest links and event information you are sharing before sending.
Let guests reply from a browser
Import or add your guest contacts, remove duplicates and test the invitation link before sending. Guests can open a personal card and respond without installing the mobile app.
Follow pending responses before confirming catering or activities. If you send a custom SMS or reminder, review the wallet estimate separately from the invitation card credits.
Adapt the design for a business gathering
For a company celebration or private business gathering, replace decorative personal wording with the organisation, purpose, start time and venue. State who is invited and whether a colleague or companion is included.
Use the planner for tasks, budget items, supplier contacts and the running order. ShereheCloud provides invitation and guest-management tools; it does not act as a public ticket marketplace or arrange your suppliers.
