Reach your guest list

A clear message. A personal invitation. A reply you can track.

Send invitations with a little less guesswork: check the contact list, preview the cost and test the message before inviting everyone.

Prepare the list before preparing the send

Add or import the guests you intend to invite. Check Tanzanian mobile numbers, remove duplicates and confirm the guest names used in personalised messages.

Contact people who expect an invitation from you. Keep the message specific to your event and avoid sending repeated reminders to guests who have already replied.

Review credits and message length

The campaign review shows estimated invitation and SMS credit use before you send. Longer messages and some characters can use several technical SMS parts, so check the length estimate as well.

Technical SMS parts and the credits charged by ShereheCloud are shown separately. Review the pack and campaign estimate in your account instead of assuming that one written message always equals one technical SMS part.

Run a test with a consenting recipient

Use Tests & reports from your event’s messaging area. Choose one guest who has agreed to receive the test, review the charge and send the draft to that person first.

Ask them to check the wording, personal details and invitation link. You can record their confirmation of receipt; it is separate from the SMS provider’s status. Test messages use credits and are marked separately in reports.

Understand the report after sending

Follow queued, sent, delivered, failed and uncertain outcomes where available, along with the credits charged or refunded. Export the campaign report when you need to reconcile a send.

A provider accepting an SMS does not mean that the person has read it. Delivery updates depend on the provider and mobile network. Use RSVPs and direct follow-up to understand who intends to attend.

Give guests a simple way to reply

The invitation link opens in a browser so guests can view their card and respond. Use the RSVP list to plan numbers and follow up with people whose reply is still pending.

On the day, use the event’s guest list and QR check-in tools to help your reception team manage arrivals.

Questions before you start

Does a sent status guarantee delivery?

No. Sent means the provider accepted the message. Delivered is a separate status when a delivery update is available, and neither proves that the person read the message.

Can I test before sending to everyone?

Yes. Send the draft to one consenting guest through Tests & reports. The test uses credits, and the report separates it from the full campaign.

Can I see my message costs?

You can review the estimated credit use before sending and see charged and refunded credits in the campaign report afterward.
